Who is responsible?

You stay the licence holder. Our QPPV is named in your master file, and a written agreement says who does what. We're open to your audits and to inspections.

Do you use AI on our cases?

Mostly not. Routine steps run as plain automation that does the same thing every time. AI only drafts and translates, and a person checks every case before it's filed.

What does it cost?

A monthly fee per product, plus a fee per case. You get a number on the first call.
