Who we are
Noea is run by Simon Ammann in Copenhagen, Denmark. Simon is the data controller for anything you send through this site. Contact: hello@noea.ai.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, email, company, role and anything you write in the form — to reply to you and arrange a call.
- The page you sent it from and any campaign tag in the link (for example, that you came from a LinkedIn message) — so we know which of our messages are useful.
Our legal basis is your request to be contacted, and our legitimate interest in following up with people who ask to talk to us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Please don't send patient data or case details through this form.
Where it's kept
Form submissions are stored in our CRM (Attio) and our email. These providers process data for us under data processing agreements. Some may store data outside the EU under the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How long
We keep your details for as long as we're in conversation, and delete them within 12 months after our last contact unless you become a customer or partner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to us using it, by emailing hello@noea.ai. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
